Instructions

- Remove the outer skin from the garlic head and slice the top off.
- Drizzle olive oil over the garlic, sprinkle with salt, and wrap in foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes until soft.
- In a bowl, combine beef tallow and roasted garlic.
- Whip the mixture until fluffy.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with sliced sourdough bread.
