These Valentine’s Day Oreo M&M Cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with chocolate. They are perfect for sharing with loved ones.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, chopped
- 1 cup M&M’s, preferably Valentine’s Day themed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies and M&M’s.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
