- 4 bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each bell pepper with the mixture.
- Place the filled peppers in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- Serve hot.
