- 2 cups grated ube (purple yam)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Boil the grated ube until tender.
- Drain and mash the ube in a bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, and butter over medium heat.
- Add the mashed ube and vanilla extract to the saucepan.
- Cook while stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Pour into a container and let it cool before serving.
