Description
Turkish Cilbir is a traditional dish consisting of poached eggs served over garlic yogurt and topped with chili-infused butter.

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt with minced garlic and salt.
- Bring a pot of water to a simmer.
- Crack each egg into a small bowl, then gently slide them into the simmering water.
- Poach the eggs for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and add chili flakes.
- Remove the eggs and place them on a plate over the yogurt mixture.
- Drizzle the chili butter over the eggs.
- Garnish with fresh dill.
