Spicy and crispy tandoori fries served with a creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut potatoes into fries.
- In a bowl, mix tandoori masala, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the fries in the mixture until coated.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
- Serve fries hot with garlic sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking.
- Adjust spiciness by adding more or less tandoori masala.
