Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix crushed pretzels with melted butter and 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- Press the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
- Let the crust cool.
- Beat the cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Spread the mixture to the edges to stop the gelatin from leaking.
- Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in the strawberries.
- Let the gelatin cool at room temperature.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate the salad until it sets.
