A delicious and hearty spaghetti dish featuring turkey meatballs.
Ingredients
- Spaghetti – 200g
- Ground turkey – 500g
- Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese – ½ cup
- Egg – 1
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Italian seasoning – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Pepper – ½ tsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Marinara sauce – 2 cups
- Fresh basil – for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- While meatballs are baking, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Heat marinara sauce in a pan over medium heat.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve meatballs and sauce over spaghetti.
- Garnish with fresh basil.

- Use whole wheat spaghetti for a healthier option.
- Substitute ground beef or chicken if preferred.
