Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Place the chops in a vacuum-sealed bag with olive oil.
- Preheat the sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
- Submerge the bag in the water and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Remove the lamb from the bag and pat dry.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the lamb chops for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
- Let the lamb rest for a few minutes after searing.
- Pair with vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
