Instructions

  2. Place the marrow bones in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour.
  3. While the bones are smoking, mix parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  5. Once the bones are done, remove them from the smoker.
  6. Spread the smoked marrow onto the toasted bread.
  7. Top with the parsley salad before serving.
