Ingredients

- 4 beef marrow bones
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 slices of crusty bread
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Place the marrow bones in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour.
- While the bones are smoking, mix parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- Once the bones are done, remove them from the smoker.
- Spread the smoked marrow onto the toasted bread.
- Top with the parsley salad before serving.
