Description
A delicious wrap filled with shakshuka and feta cheese.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add onion and bell peppers.
- Sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, diced tomatoes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Create four wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
- Cover and cook until eggs are set to your liking.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with feta cheese.
- Place the shakshuka mixture in the center of each wrap and roll tightly.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or zucchini.
- You can substitute feta with any cheese of your choice.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
