  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 cup water
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
  2. In a pan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and water.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Add rice cakes and cook until heated through.
  5. Remove rice cakes and place each on a softened rice paper sheet.
  6. Roll the rice paper around the rice cakes tightly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
