Instructions

  2. Season the ribeye steak generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the steak on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the steak in the oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 120°F (49°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
  6. Add minced garlic and rosemary to the skillet.
  7. Once the steak reaches the desired temperature, sear it in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
