- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture, butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
- Spread raspberries evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into buns.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

- Use fresh raspberries for best flavor.
- These buns are best served warm.
