Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut the cold butter into the flour until you see small crumbs.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the sourdough discard and milk.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface.
- Fold the dough over itself three times.
- Pat the dough to one inch thickness.
- Cut the biscuits with a round cutter.
