Delicious brownies with a pink velvet cheesecake swirl.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1–2 tablespoons pink food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg, vanilla extract, milk, and pink food coloring until smooth.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture on top and swirl with a knife.
- Spread the remaining brownie batter on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for a brighter pink.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
