- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 2 celery stalks diced

- 2 green onions sliced
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pan over medium heat.
- Remove the excess grease from the pan.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and celery to the beef.
- Sauté the vegetables for five minutes until they soften.
- Mix in the garlic and Cajun seasoning.
- Add the rice and pour in the beef broth.
- Bring the liquid to a boil.
- Cover the pan and lower the heat to low.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
