A hearty overnight biscuit breakfast casserole perfect for a family breakfast.
Ingredients

- 1 can of refrigerated biscuits
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of diced ham or sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and spread them evenly in the dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced ham or sausage and half of the cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits in the baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Can be made ahead of time for convenience.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
