Description

A hearty overnight biscuit breakfast casserole perfect for a family breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuits
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 cup of diced ham or sausage
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the biscuits into quarters and spread them evenly in the dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the diced ham or sausage and half of the cheese to the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits in the baking dish.
  7. Top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
