Description
Miso Turmeric Salmon served with rice and spinach.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix miso paste, turmeric, olive oil, and salt.
- Spread the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- In a pan, sauté spinach until wilted.
- Serve salmon on a bed of rice, topped with spinach and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use brown rice for more fiber.
- Can substitute salmon with another fish.
