Ingredients

  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 100g matcha powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 50g sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the matcha powder into the melted chocolate.
  5. Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
  6. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into a terrine mold.
  8. Bake in a water bath for 45 minutes.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
