Description
A creamy and smooth dessert made with matcha green tea.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g white chocolate
- 300ml heavy cream
- 100g matcha powder
- 4 large eggs
- 50g sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Incorporate the matcha powder into the melted chocolate.
- Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a terrine mold.
- Bake in a water bath for 45 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with fresh berries.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
