Ingredients

- 200g white chocolate
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g matcha powder
- 3 eggs
- 50g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate and heavy cream together in a bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until frothy.
- Add the matcha powder to the egg mixture and blend well.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the matcha mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.

- Adjust matcha quantity for desired flavor strength.
- Can be garnished with fresh berries or whipped cream.
- Best served cold for a refreshing taste.
