Ingredients

- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add corn kernels and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Stir in red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice and chopped coriander.
- Serve hot.

- Can be garnished with grated cheese if desired.
