Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse bulgur wheat under cold water.
  2. Pour boiling water over bulgur in a bowl.
  3. Cover and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  4. Fluff bulgur with a fork.
  5. Add parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions.
  6. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
  7. Add salt and mix well.
  8. Chill before serving.
