Description
A classic Lebanese dish made with spicy garlic potatoes and fresh cilantro.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes, cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and mix in the chopped cilantro.
- Serve warm.
