Description

A classic Lebanese dish made with spicy garlic potatoes and fresh cilantro.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  5. Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat.
  6. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and mix in the chopped cilantro.
  9. Serve warm.
