  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually and knead into a dough.

  4. Boil the beef shank until tender, about 1.5 hours.
  5. Remove beef and slice thinly.
