Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
- Add water, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a heatproof bowl.
- Cover the bowl with aluminum foil.
- Steam the bowl over boiling water for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm.
