Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the meatballs until browned on all sides.
  5. In another pot, bring water to a boil.
  6. Add rice and cook until tender.
  7. Serve meatballs over rice.
