Description
A delicious Korean dish made with sweet potato noodles stir-fried with vegetables and beef.
Ingredients

- 8 oz sweet potato noodles
- 1 cup sliced beef
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Soak sweet potato noodles in warm water for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, onions, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Drain noodles and add to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

- Adjust the vegetables according to your preference.
- Use gluten-free soy sauce for a gluten-free option.
