Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until light.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients and milk to the large bowl.
- Stir until the batter is smooth.
- Fold in the chopped peaches gently.
- Fill each liner two thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool cupcakes on a wire rack.
- Beat cream cheese and honey in a small bowl until smooth.
- Spread the frosting on your cooled cupcakes.
