- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 hard taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Brown your beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain the fat from your pan.
- Add your chili powder, cumin, salt, and garlic powder.
- Pour in 0.5 cup of water and stir.
- Simmer the meat for five minutes.
- Warm your taco shells in the oven for three minutes.
- Fill your shells with the beef.
- Add your lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes on top.

- Use lean beef for less oil.
- Warm your shells for crunch.
