- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb small potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pot, boil the halved potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and the boiled potatoes.
- Season potatoes with salt and pepper and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return the steak to the skillet, toss everything together, and garnish with parsley.
