Instructions

  3. Cut the cold butter into the flour until the mixture looks like crumbs.
  4. Stir in the sourdough discard and milk until a dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough onto a surface and fold it five times.
  6. Pat the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Cut the dough into circles.
  8. Place the circles on a pan and bake for 15 minutes.
