Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Rub the chicken with olive oil.
- Mix the spices in a bowl.
- Coat all sides of the chicken with the spice mix.
- Place the chicken on the smoker grates.
- Smoke the meat until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the meat rest for five minutes before you serve it.
