  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the sourdough pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Add pepperoni and sprinkle oregano over the cheese.
  7. Drizzle olive oil around the edges of the crust.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
