A delicious way to use discarded sourdough pizza dough for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups discarded sourdough pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the sourdough pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add pepperoni and sprinkle oregano over the cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil around the edges of the crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings.
- Make sure the dough is at room temperature for easier handling.
