- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into thick steaks.
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Dip each cauliflower steak into the batter, coating it well.
- Place the coated steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and brush with buffalo sauce.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level of the buffalo sauce to your preference.
- Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
