- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix crumbs sugar and butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in the sour cream and vanilla.
- Pour the batter over the crust.
- Bake for 50 minutes until the center jiggles slightly.
- Cool the cake then refrigerate for 6 hours.
- Sprinkle sugar on top and burn it with a kitchen torch.
