- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Arrange sliced peaches on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix in the milk until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the cobbler topping over the peaches.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool before removing from the pan.
