Ingredients

- 1 pound beef, sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and beef broth. Stir well.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Stir in oyster sauce and mix well.
- Serve hot over rice.
