A hearty Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole made with turkey rashers instead of ham.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup turkey rashers, chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey rashers, Swiss cheese, and seasonings.
- Add cream of chicken soup and milk to the mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
