Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. In the last 10 minutes, steam the broccoli florets until bright green.
  5. Once potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  6. Mix sour cream, milk, and butter in a bowl.
