Instructions
- Heat the bone marrow in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until softened.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, mixing well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Use day-old rice for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce according to taste.
- Add protein like chicken or shrimp for more substance.
