Ingredients

- 1/2 cup bone marrow, cooked and scooped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in mixed vegetables, cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add bone marrow, stirring until well combined.
- Push ingredients to the side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
