Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons bone marrow, cooked and scooped out
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened butter and cooked bone marrow until smooth.
- Add minced garlic and chopped parsley, then mix well.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to parchment paper and shape into a log.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
