Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 medium potato, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons green chutney
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, spread green chutney.
- Add mashed potato evenly on top of the chutney.
- Place cucumber slices over the potato.
- Sprinkle salt to taste.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Grill the sandwich on a pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Cut into triangles and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels as per your taste.
- You can add tomatoes or onions for extra flavor.
- Serve with extra chutney on the side.
