A quick and easy beef and broccoli stir-fry perfect for weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well.
- Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Adjust sauce to taste.
- You can add other vegetables if desired.
- Use leftover beef for a quicker meal.
