- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into a lined springform pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is burnt.
- Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- For the pistachio sauce, blend pistachios, powdered sugar, and water until smooth.
- Serve cheesecake with pistachio sauce on top.
